Opening Day Parade

We are excited to host you and our Brownsburg Little League Baseball and Challenger League youth athletes during Saturday's Opening Day Event at Arbuckle Acres Park. Below is a schedule of events for the morning's parade activities. We will have adult volunteer leaders positioned at designated player drop-off areas, and located at Bundy Lodge to receive your player(s).

SAFETY CALLOUT: We are anticipating a strong turnout of our youth athletes for this event. Please drive carefully and plan your travel time accordingly due to heavier traffic. Kids do not always look both ways when crossing the street!

CLICK HERE for the parade route. Note, the player drop off zone is highlighted blue along Lucas Drive. We will be limiting access via Upper Drive to ensure safety of our participants in the lead up to and during the parade, as well as provide space for our vendors.

Parade Schedule:
- 08:15 AM: Team Managers arrive and proceed to Player Staging Area behind Bundy Lodge.
- 08:30 AM: Players to be dropped off near Bundy Lodge off of Lucas Drive (see map) and proceed to their Team Manager.
- 08:45 AM: Parents move to your chosen parade route location.
- 09:00 AM: Opening Day Parade begins in the Player Staging Area onto Upper Drive (see map).
- 09:30 AM: Announcement of our Special Guest, Rowdie from the Indianapolis Indians!
- 09:40 AM: National Anthem & First Pitch
- 10:00 AM: Play Ball! as the first games of the day get started.
- 10:00-10:30 AM: Player pickup for youth athletes not playing in the morning's first game.

We have invited multiple vendors to our event. Be sure to check them out during your time at Arbuckle this Saturday.
