Registration for baseball is available for boys and girls ages 5 thru 18. Your child must be age 5 prior to May 1 to be eligible for registration.

Please read the parents newsletter. The letter contains important information regarding registration, birth certificates, draft dates, practice and game dates.

If you have questions specific to your child's league age, go the the Board link and select the appropriate board member.

To make registration more convenient, you may complete the forms below and bring them to registration. See the description for each form.

	Registration Form - If you are able to download the word document, you can complete this form electronically, print, and then sign.
	Medical Release Form
	Volunteer Form - You must complete this form if you wish to volunteer for the following: manager, assistant coach, team mom, work in concession stand, board member
	Coach's Information Form - If you are interested in being a manager or assistant coach, please complete this form and bring it to registration (you can complete word document electronically and print)
